LIP LEARNING IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
The "LIP midline test" is an assessment in Telangana, India for students in grades 6 through 9 to evaluate their learning halfway through the academic year.
It is part of the Learning Improvement Programme (LIP) run by the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) to identify areas where students need more support. The test covers subjects like Social Studies,Mathematics,Telugu ,Handi English ,Science and other core subjects.
